About Me

Hi, I'm Ityra 

 I’ve been practicing massage therapy for over 15 years. I graduated from Medical Arts Massage School in 2003. I’m a certified advanced Ashiatsu therapist, reiki healer, prenatal and reflexologist. I am also an herbalist; you can find me deep in the woods somewhere digging up some herbs or roots to make some type of healing tincture or tea.   I have five children and because of the help of my herbal remedies they never miss a day of school. I love animals as well, I’ve worked as a vet tech for over 7 years and of course I have a few four legged furry friends at home on my mini farm. I like to dabble in quite a few things and because I just purchased a home. I’ve taken a plumbing course and a carpentry course so sometimes you might find me on my roof doing some roof repair on crawling under my house fixing a leaky pipe. I’m a Jane of all trades.

 My approach to bodywork is rather unique, integrating Ashiatsu, Thai, trigger point, connective tissue release a touch of Swedish and reflexology within every session. I believe we all contain the innate ability to heal and I use an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind. I love the challenge of working with those who experience chronic pain, specifically in the shoulders and neck, hips, feet, and those who suffer from headaches and sciatica. Through compassionate and careful listening, I address both physical and energetic issues, gently ushering your body toward peace, balance, and relaxation.
